Shade structures require a general contractor to be listed on the plans
Solar panels and associated equipment shall be installed per manufacturer’s specifications; however, if these devices are installed within the side yard setback, a minimum clearance of three feet (3’) shall be maintained from either the dwelling unit or the property line for fire access.
