Shade structures require a general contractor to be listed on the plans

Solar panels and associated equipment shall be installed per manufacturer’s specifications; however, if these devices are installed within the side yard setback, a minimum clearance of three feet (3’) shall be maintained from either the dwelling unit or the property line for fire access.

No portion of the solar panels and associated equipment that is installed within the established side yard setback shall exceed a height six feet above grade.

PV solar system should be 10 linear feet from existing Septic tank location.
