All Projects

  • Provide 30 in minimum clearance around rooftop HVAC equipment for cleaning, maintenance, and replacement per CMC 304.1 (2016).
  • Install 10-year battery-powered smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in each sleeping room and outside each sleeping area near bedrooms per CRC 314 & 315.
  • Bus certifications are not accepted without UL field testing.

Battery Projects

  • Provide manufacturer installation instructions
  • Provide manufacturer anchorage details.

EV Charger

  • A separate set of plans showing the EV Charger only.
