Provide a mounting detail, the manufacturer’s installation details will suffice.
Provide a specification sheet for the energy storage systems (ESS) that shows that it is listed in accordance with UL 9540A.
IMO Disconnects are not allowed to be used as ESS Disconnects.
Must be placed at least 3 feet from doorways and windows entering the dwelling and must also be placed 3 feet from the property line.
Cannot be placed onto the shared walls of other properties.

All racking and related product spec sheets must show compliance with UL 2703
Provide the fire rating for the racking system on the plans or specifications. A class “A” assembly is required.
For GMAs: Include GMA specifications with plans

ENPHASE PROJECTS UTILIZING PCS

Include a datasheet in the plans for the combiner panel being used
Include a datasheet indicating that the Enphase system can be utilized as a power control system (see files section)

EV CHARGERS

If Ev charger is being installed, we will need to create a separate planset where we will need to remove all PV/ESS details. AHJ requires a separate permit for the EV charger.
