Plan set

- Make sure to have a minimum of 2 firefighter ladder access points on plans.
- One must be at the driveway.
- Include setbacks around chimney if its inside setback.
- Include a pic of the existing msp - provide clear photos of the MSP breakers, buss work, and label.
- If the size of the array doesn't exceed 66% of the roof area on a sprinkled residence the clearance at the peak of the roof may be to 18 each side.
- If the size of the array doesn't exceed 30% of the roof area on a non-sprinkled residence you may reduce the clearance at the peak of the roof from 36 each side to 18 each side.
- An AC disconnect shall be installed within sight, within 10ft of the ESS. CEC 690.15(A)
