Requestor Instructions:

PE Instructions:
- Structural and Electrical stamps must be on separate plansets
- All engineer stamps must state that they have been digitally signed but cannot be locked by the Engineer and still need to be verifiable.
- Exposure Category C, 100 MPH Nominal/129corresponding PV pages, PE Letter & Calcs. WS: 115mph MPH Vultimate. SL: 40psf
- Structural calcs and PE letter should reference the IRC/DBCA and not the IBC. The letter from the licensed structural Engineer shall include the structural Engineer’s electronically verifiable digital signature, as well as an image of the structural Engineer’s seal and signature. Planset requirements:
- Please remove pre-stamped PZSE Certification Letter from plansets for this AHJ.
- Remove any engineer/product approval seals on the manufacturer spec sheets.
- For tilt mounted systems ON FLAT ROOFS please include height of building and height of tilted array, and the distance between the panels and edge of roof.
- Unirac engineering certification letter must be submitted separately, electronically signed and stamped with a verifiable digital signature
For projects that fall within Historical District (rare) project MUST comply with the following requirements. "Historical & Landmark documentation"
