Submittal Requirements: Roof Mounted Photovoltaic (PV) Systems: 1. Evaluation by Colorado licensed engineer or architect of the existing roof structure with any framing changes needed to support the new roof mounted. An Engineers or Architects wet stamp must be provided on the evaluation letter and on any construction plans. 2. Manufacturer’️s specs for the system, including capacity of the system, detail on the mounting system, fastening schedule and uplift capacity. Free Standing PV Systems: 1. Provide detailed foundation drawings with all fasteners. 2. Provide a scaled site plan showing the system in relation to existing buildings, property line, and roads. 3. Manufacturer's specification with detailed mounting information and capacity of the system. Building/Fire Regulations: 1.
