EMERGENCY RESPONDER: THIS SOLAR PV SYSTEM IS EQUIPPED WITH RAPID SHUTDOWN TURN RAPID SHUTDOWN SWITCH TO THE "OFF" POSITION TO SHUT DOWN ENTIRE PV SYSTEM. This sticker needs to be on the equipment. This is a special sticker specific to this AHJ. If we don't have it, we will fail.

Please provide a signed and sealed survey of the property that is less than 5 years old. Plans need to show distance from the house of system. If ground mount is located near an area where vehicles will be, ie near the driveway or garage, project will require some sort of bollard/protection from vehicular damage. Ground mount shall require gravel, concrete or other similar material under arrays for fire prevention.
