add notes to plans: Local inspector to field verify proper access pathways are provided around the PV installation. Pathways shall be located in areas with minimal obstructions such as landscaping, conduit, or mechanical equipment. Local inspector to field verify that proper grounding rods (two rods) are connected to the ground bar in the utility meter and proper bonding from the street side of the water meter to the main service panel neutral bus. Local inspector to field verify that all PV system-mounting lag screws are properly fastened to the roof rafters / trusses. Local inspector to field verify that all interior and exterior conduit, enclosures, back fed breakers and disconnects are properly labeled and marked. A qualified Electrician, approved plans, this plan review, attic access, Electrical Main Panel access and a ladder are required to be available on site at time of inspections.
