- Plan Set Requirements
1.Provide a response letter and cloud and highlight changes made to the drawings. Upon receipt of the requested information a subsequent plan review with additional comments may be necessary

1. Local Inspector shall field verify all smoke alarms and carbon monoxide are up to code and in proper working order. The smoke alarms are required within each sleeping room, within fifteen feet (15โ-0โ) of sleeping rooms, on each story. The devices are to be interconnected and be provided with normal power where available.
2. A qualified Electrician, approved plans, specification sheets, interior and attic access (if required), and a ladder are required to be available on-site at time of inspections. It is recommended that photos of the installation on the roof be available on site.
- Roof Plan
1. Indicate on the plans that photovoltaic arrays occupying not more than thirty-three percent (33%) of the plan view total roof area, not less than an eighteen-inch (18โ) clear setback is required on both sides of a horizontal ridge. For photovoltaic arrays occupying more than thirty-three percent (33%) of the plan view total roof area, not less than a thirty-six-inch (36โ) clear setback is required on both sides of a horizontal ridge.
- Electrical Diagram Notes
1. Local Inspector shall field verify proper electrical grounding/bonding at the first point of disconnect. If the ground rod is testing over twenty-five (25) ohms, then two (2) grounding rods shall be connected to the ground bar in the utility meter. The two (2) ground rods shall be a minimum of six feet (6โ) apart.
2.Local Inspector shall field verify the bonding of the water pipe system at the water heater(s). The water heater(s) shall be bonded between the cold and hot water pipes with a jumper sized according to NEC Table 250.66, per NEC 250.104(A)(1); and any metal gas piping shall be bonded, per NEC 250.104(B).
