Tandem Breakers to be used. A panel board shall be provided with physical means to prevent the installation of more overcurrent devices than the number for which the panel board was designed, rated, and listed. A 2-pole circuit breaker shall be considered two overcurrent devices NEC 110.12, 110.12(B) Add notes to plans: Local inspector to field verify that the, Maximum Number of Overcurrent Devices Local inspector to field verify proper access pathways are provided around the PV installation. Pathways shall be located in areas with minimal obstructions such as landscaping, conduit, or mechanical equipment. Local inspector to field verify that proper grounding rods (two rods) are connected to the ground bar in the utility meter and proper bonding from the street side of the water meter to the main service panel neutral bus. Local inspector to field verify that all PV system-mounting screws are properly fastened to the roof rafters / trusses. Local inspector to field verify that all interior and exterior conduit, enclosures, and disconnects are properly labeled and marked. A qualified Electrician, approved plans, this plan review, a ladder, attic access and Electrical Main Panel access are required to be available on site at time of inspections.

Indicate on plans an approved ground clamp and metal identification tag shall be installed where the ground is connected to the grounding conductor. Grounding connector shall terminate at grounding electrode/water pipe. NEC 250-26 (B) Indicate on plans that all junction boxes shall be metallic. The minimum dimensions of any junction box, splicing box, pull box, etc. shall be 4 by 4 by one and 1.5 inches in depth. NEC 314.6 Provide a complete grounding diagram. Provide a grounding note that if resistance measures over 25 OHMs a second ground rod shall be installed per code. Provide cut sheets indicating the terminals are rated for 90 degrees Celsius. NEC 110.14 (A) Provide complete details and calculations for all OCPD modules. IRC 106.1 Specify which device will be used when we tap (load side/line side tap)
