The new service panel CANNOT be a type which has additional breaker slots fed directly from the utility meter (i.e., cannot install a “hot bus” service panel * IF the existing service panel (shown in the provided photos) will be reused as a sub-panel, please note this on the plans and add the following note to the line diagram: “An equipment grounding conductor must be provided from the new service panel to the old service panel and all neutrals must be isolated from grounds at the old service panel"
