If the property is a manufactured home, they require 2021 ICC codes and 2023 NEC. They also require 24 CFR Part 3280 to be listed in codes list.
Also stamped plans and calcs are required if it's a manufactured home.
For all Trenches
- 2 Disconnects required - one at each end of trench

Per AHJ, a communication wire is supposed to be run separate from other wires (in a separate conduit)
For all Line Side Connections:
- Neutral and ground bonded in fused disconnect
- #6 bare copper run from N/G bar to (E) MSP's GEC and crimped
- Schedule 80 PVC must be used in between fused disconnect and MSP - only showing 2 hots and neutral
- All other conduit can be EMT

Revisions/Reworks on Manufactured Homes:
- All plan items, which have been modified within the plans, shall be clouded.
- All revised sheets shall have the revision dates modified to show most recent revision date. The response letter shall also contain the date of the resubmittal to insure proper review order. Without the date the project may have another placed in front of it.
- An itemized response letter is required.
- The responses located in the required response letter should include a narrative answer. Answers such as "see page X" will general not convey a complete message and may delay the project review and or approval.
