If the kWH’s generated by the net metering facility and fed back to the electric utility exceeds the kWH’s supplied by the electric utility to the net metering customer during the applicable billing period, the customer shall NOT receive any compensation from the utility for such net metering excess delivered kWH’s during the billing period, but shall be credited with any excess net accumulation at the end of the calendar year, will be credited back at the electric utilities average cost per kWH of purchased power the previous fiscal year (fiscal year October 1 to September 30th). Any amount in excess of that shall expire at the end of the calendar year.
