Cooperative’s avoided cost rates.

Temporary Disconnect Reconnect Process (TDR) You will just call (doesn’t have to be the customer. Just have the meter info of the customer) the main number and speak to any customer service rep and explain to them that you need to schedule an outage for some meter base work. They will work with you about getting a service person scheduled to come out within a day or two.
