All energy consumed by the Customer Generator will be charged under the applicable retail rate, the generated energy fed into the cooperatives electric grid will be purchased by the Cooperative at the Cooperative’s avoided average annual cost of purchased power as provided under the Purchase Rate section of this Rider.

The rate used to determine the dollar amount paid for energy purchased by the Cooperative shall be based upon the Cooperative’s avoided average annual cost of purchased power.

The Cooperative will purchase energy from Customer Generators on a first-come, first-served basis only until the cumulative generating capacity of all the Customer Generator’s renewable resources equals 0.2 percent of the Cooperative’s annual peak demand in the previous year.
