- All Excess Energy will be credited at the Solar Avoided Energy Cost, summed monthly, and then used to reduce the customer’s total monthly bill.
- Rate changes year to year.
- Customers will be paid out per kW they produce rather than matching energy production to energy consumption.
Energy Offset Only:
- Customers will not receive any credit for generation that is exported.

Goodleap Projects: (Including Battery)
- Goodleap has a 10kw AC limit - regardless of PV only or Backup
- Goodleap systems with TPW3 we will require AC coupling to limit the AC size to 10kw.
- Since TPW3 has a 7.6kw AC limit each - the max inverter we can use with it is a 7.6kw. (If we are using two TPW3 or a TPW3+Xpac we can use a single SE10k inverter)
- If the system size exceeds a 7.6k inverter (with one TPW3), we can do split pv system with 5.7k string on the TPW3, and 3.8k upstream of the gateway.
- No PCS or curtailment will be accepted.
- Existing systems are now DQ from Goodleap if sold after November 1, 2025.

Existing Systems
- Show total system AC and DC capacity (existing and new)
Battery Projects
- Label the open transmitter relay in the MID device (add leader pointing to relay switch)
- Add a note PV SYSTEM IS “NON-EXPORTING” If AC System Size > 10 KW
- Install Reqs
All Jobs:
- Do not place system in Stand-by Mode. Leave Inverter on, and the turn the AC disconnect off.
- This Utility's inspectors will test the system, and if they cannot remove Stand-by they will fail the Witness Test.
