If the electricity consumed by the Member Generator at any point during the billing period exceeds the electricity generated by the Member’s distributed generation facility at the same point in time, then all electricity generated by the Member generator shall be deemed to have been used by the Member. If the electricity generated by the Member’s distributed generation facility at any point during the billing period exceeds the electricity consumed by the Member Generator at the same point in time, then such excess net energy shall be purchased by the Cooperative as All kWh $0.040 per kWh
