Net Energy shall be the difference between all kWh’s supplied to the QF by the Cooperative and those generated by the QF which are fed back into the Cooperative’s distribution system as surplus energy during the month. The QF shall be billed under the Cooperative’s standard applicable rate schedule based on the amount of net energy delivered to the QF. The QF’s account with the Cooperative shall be credited based on the current rate schedule in effect for the class of customer to which the QF belongs at the time the net energy is received by the Cooperative. ($.1087 per kWh of Net Energy - Single Phase )
