SITE PLAN SHOULD HAVE ALL EQUIPMENT LABELED PROPRERLY SHOWING ELECTICAL PHASING AND VOLTAGE EX: 1-PHASE 240V

CROSS ROAD SHOULD BE SHOWN ON SITE PLAN

Electrical Component Locations

• SEPERATE BLOCKS FOR UTILITY METER AND MSP SHOULD BE UTILIZED ON SITE PLAN
• AC DISCONNECT SHOULD BE WITHIN 10FT OF UM, DISTANCE SHOULD BE NOTATED ON TLD
• PLACARD REQUIRED IF EQUIPMENT IS NOT WITHIN 10FT OF UTILITY METER  
• OVER HEAD LINES SHOULD HAVE PROPER 3FT CLEARANCE FROM MAST

GROUND MOUNT PROJECTS

• An access road is required to all Xcel Energy equipment, including production metering and AC disconnects. The width of this road shall be indicated and cannot be less than 12’ wide. It shall show the route from a public road to the Xcel Energy equipment.  Include sufficient space of turn‐ around for ease of accessibility.   

SLD Reqs

All requirements are listed below.

• AC DISCONNECT SHOULD BE LABELED AS "UTILITY AS DISCONNECT VISIBLE, LOCKABLE, READILY ACCESSIBLE "
• UTILITY METER PHASE AND VOLTAGE SHOULD BE ADDED TO TLD EX: 1-PHASE, 3 WIRE, 240V or 3-PHASE, 4 WIRE 208V
• Leader pointing to inverter "RPA CONNECTION"
• ESS SHOULD PROVIDE CONFIGURATION MODE EX: SELF CONSUMPTION
• A production Meter is ONLY required for applications that are 40kW or greater The PV production meter will be required to have the PV generation wired to the line side terminals. Please indicate the LINE SIDE and LOAD SIDE of the PV production meter on the line diagram

ESS PROJECTS

For energy storage systems: the configuration being applied for shall be clearly indicated. Please note the correct alphanumeric configuration out of the options listed in Appendix B of the technical specification manual.

M3 - IF ESS, a declaration of storage is required. Please upload a declaration of storage document to Salesforce from Appendix C of the Technical Specifications Manual; be sure to select the form that matches the alphanumeric configuration that will be noted on one-line.

UTILITY METER MUST MEASURE 12''X18'' TO AVOID METER UPGRADE. METER UPGRADE IF DIMENSIONS ARE LESS THAN 12''X18''. THE NEW METER SHOULD BE MILBANK WITH LEVER BYPASS. LINE SIDE TAP VIA MILBANK K4977 INT LUG KIT IS ALLOWED IN AN EXISTING OR NEW MILBANK METER.
