Because Vineland has a relatively large amount of renewable distributed generation, VMEU has areas of high renewable injection, and thus are unable to support installation of new renewable generation in excess of 5 kWAC, if at all.
VMEU allows 90% of the average of either the last one or three years, whichever is lower for residential applicants, and 90% of the last 12 months peak demand for commercial customers
VMEU REQUIRES 12 months of usage and does not allow any form of increase in justification. 11/22/244 - TM

The Disconnect Switch or device shall be lockable in the open position with a standard VMEU padlock with a 3/8-inch shank. If the disconnect device cannot be physically locked in the openposition, it must be able to made in operative and the operating mechanism locked, blocked ordrawn out. VMEU shall review and assist the generator owner design an acceptable disconnect device.
