Net Excess Generation Notes

If the amount of electricity fed back to CU during the billing period by Customer exceeds the amount of electricity supplied by CU to Customer, then CU will bill Customer the minimum monthly charge(s) paid by other customers of CU in the same rate class as Customer and carry forward to the next billing period a credit for the excess kilowatt-hour generation fed back to CU. For the billing cycle ending in March of each year, any remaining unused kilowatt-hour credit accumulated during the previous year shall be granted to CU for distribution to CU customers enrolled in CU's low-income assistance programs.
