Net Excess Generation Notes: The Company shall deduct from the Customer’s energy usage in kWh the Excess Energy produced by the Net Metering Facility and delivered to the Company’s system. The Customer shall not be entitled to any other credit or adjustment and shall pay all other charges associated with the Service provided to the Customer. In April of each year, the Company shall pay the Customer for any unused Excess Energy from the period since the last reconciliation computed at the Rate per kWh that the Company charges the Customer for retail Service at the Service Address. The Rate does not include energy or sales tax.

System Offset Notes: "Net Metering Service is limited to Net Metering Facilities: (1) that generate Renewable Energy, (2) that have a total capacity of 25 kW or less and (3) that do not exceed system or circuit capacity limitations or 90% of the Customer’s average load."

Site Plan Reqs: In addition to the Service Meter, a Net Metering Service shall have a Production Meter installed and owned by the Company. The Customer shall provide the Meter Base for the Production Meter, which shall be located not less than five feet from the Service Meter. "
