For any billing period in which generation exceeds consumption, producing a billing period credit, the monthly charge shall be based only on the fixed charges of the customer’s standard tariff, and any charges that may be applicable per: (i) an excess facilities agreement and, (ii) a Commission-approved standby charge. Billing period credits will be carried forward and applied to offset future consumption charges as provided in Rule 20 VAC 5-315-50
A net metering customer shall receive no compensation for excess generation unless the net metering customer has entered into a power purchase agreement with the Cooperative
