If the electricity generated by the Customer-Generator during the billing period, or any portion thereof, exceeds the electricity supplied by the Utility, then the Customer Generator shall be credited for the excess kWhs generated and sent to the utility.

Any unused credit remaining on March 31st of every year will be forfeited to the District per RCW 80.60. Banked usage cannot be donated to another customer.
