If the electricity generated by the Customer and distributed back to Tacoma Power during the billing period exceeds the electricity supplied then the Customer shall be Credited for the net excess kilowatt-hours generated during the billing period, with this kilowatt-hour credit appearing on Customer’s bill for the following billing period. (This is credited at the retail rate of $ $0.045351). On March 31 of each calendar year, any remaining unused kilowatt-hour credit accumulated by the Customer during the previous year shall be granted to Tacoma Power, without any compensation to the Customer.
